The Wildcat Boys ran at the 42^nd Mike Carr Ballard Invitational on Sept. 12.  The varsity race consisted of 12 ranked teams, including seven of the top-9 3A teams. The Cats finished 7^th out of 22 teams, with only five points separating 4^th-7^th place.  The squad was led by medalists Kael Streeter (13^th) and Kamden Brown (25^th).  Those two were followed by Logan Howard (31^st), Zach Streeter (34^th), Brody Roth (37^th), Ezra DeCleene (45^th), and Harrison Eighmy (61^st).

The JV Cats ran a great team race to place 2^nd out of 18 teams! They were led by top-20 finishers Lincoln Eighmy (4^th), Josh Lancaster (12^th), and Talan Walstrom (16^th).  Following close behind were Chase Gach (21^st), Raymond Birech (23^rd), Ben Imhoff (24^th), and Mattix Benefiel (35^th). 

The Wildcats will compete again in Indianola on Sept. 22.
