After a productive summer, the Wildcats are looking forward to the 2016-17 basketball season. The Cats return five of the top six scorers from last year's squad, including five players who started at some point last year. Seniors Max Evans and Jacob Howat will lead this year's team. Evans returns as a unanimous all-Raccoon River Conference first-team selection who also earned all-district honors. Other returning varsity players include juniors Tommy Donovan, Cole Henderson, Max Goodhue and Ben Rowray and sophomores Collin Lister and Nolan Brunsen.

Both the freshmen and junior varsity teams put together strong seasons last year and hope to duplicate that again in 2016-17. The program also looks forward to its incoming freshmen class.

Head Coach Seth Poldberg returns for his second season and will be assisted again by Justin Flaws and Dan Clark.
